HOW IT ALL BEGAN

A Story of Love, Distance & Memories

I moved to Dubai in 2012, at 21, hoping to build a better future for my family. But building that future meant missing birthdays, family gatherings, and precious moments with my daughters, Cassie and Penny, as I watched them grow up from miles away.

In 2025, I lost my father, whom I lovingly called Tatang. His passing reminded me how deeply we treasure the ordinary moments we can never get back.

From that longing, Munting Gunita was born - a little way of keeping memories close. I began with candles because a familiar scent can bring us back to a person, a place, or a moment that once felt like home.

Every candle is inspired by the love we carry, the memories we cherish, and the new ones still waiting to be made.
